The catch is small and visible: free sessions carry our brand next to yours, and candidates may see optional offers from us. Don’t like it? Sponsor most sessions for under fifty cents (a technical test costs double). That’s the whole business model.
Never, to take your interview or test. Free versions may show them optional extras for themselves. Sponsored versions show zero offers. Period.
Never. Whatever you top up sits in your wallet until you spend it. There is no monthly reset.

On Scale, “unlimited” means fair, reasonable use for a hiring team. Every sponsored interview, test, showcase or technical test is covered by your plan fee. There is no per-session charge, and the session itself needs no wallet balance. We reserve the right to review usage. Fair, reasonable use carries on with no problem, but if it goes against the spirit of fair use may withdraw the Scale Unlimited offer and give you a fair refund.
You’re never blocked from recording. It’s a rolling window: we keep your newest videos, and older ones past your plan’s limit are hidden. Upgrade within the recovery period to bring them back; after that they may no longer be available. Results, scores and transcripts are always kept.
One finished assessment that has a recording counts as one, however many clips it is split into. A 12-question AI interview still counts as one video, whether it has one continuous recording or separate clips. The same goes for a skill test (camera and screen together), a showcase, a role-play and a technical test. Each new attempt counts separately, so a second assessment, or a retake you grant, counts again. Practice runs, previews and unfinished sessions do not count.
The video is hidden. Upgrade within the recovery period to bring it back; after that it may no longer be available. The result, the scores and the full transcript stay forever, on every plan including Free. Those are your hiring record and we never take them away.
Because that’s what the plan fee buys. Free gives you unlimited screening with no volume cap and no per-candidate charge, which is the expensive part. Downloading PDF and DOCX reports and videos, and putting your own brand on the links you share, starts on Starter. Exporting your data as a CSV file is part of Growth. Sharing by link is free on every plan.
