The "Corporate Opt-Out"

We understand that some organizations prefer a 100% sponsored experience for their talent. You can choose to disable all candidate-facing value-added services for a simple, flat fee of $0.40 per interview.

2. The Career-Growth Ecosystem

To sustain our free platform, we offer candidates optional tools to help them prepare, grow, and put their best foot forward. These are never mandatory and have no impact on the AI's objective evaluation of the interview.

Pre-Interview Preparation

  • Professional Preparation Insights: Candidates can access a briefing that outlines the specific evaluation criteria the company is looking for. This ensures candidates are aligned with your expectations and can communicate their relevant strengths effectively.
  • AI Practice Simulators: A realistic "dry run" that simulates the interview format and timing with different questions. This reduces candidate anxiety and ensures they are technically ready for the live session.

During & Post-Interview Support

  • Response Completion: If a candidate runs out of time and there are still questions remaining, we offer them the option to complete those remaining questions, ensuring you receive a full dataset for evaluation.
  • Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Report: After the interview, candidates can receive a detailed analysis of their performance, including communication style, strengths, and areas for improvement. This provides them with tangible value for their time, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Response Reset (Technical Grace): Sometimes life happens—a Wi-Fi drop, a low battery, or an unexpected interruption. We allow candidates to reset a specific response to ensure their evaluation isn't ruined by a technical glitch.

No "Pay-to-Win": A candidate cannot buy a better score. The AI evaluates the content of the response against your rubric, regardless of which preparation tools were used.

The 1% Standard: We maintain high standards of authenticity. Historically, fewer than 1% of responses are ever reset, and we implement a hard-cap of no more than 1% of responses may be reset.

Data Security: Your data and your candidates' data are never sold. Our revenue comes from service value, not data harvesting.
