Flowmingo provides three integration methods to connect your systems:
Webhooks (Outbound): Flowmingo sends notifications to your endpoints when events occur (invitation email status, interview progress, evaluation results, completed assessments, new applications, stage changes, rejections and reviews).
API Keys (Inbound): Your systems can call Flowmingo APIs to create hiring projects and assessments, invite candidates, read scores and AI evaluations, update your hiring pipeline, and poll the same events that webhooks deliver. The API guide opens with a 5-minute quick start, lists all 35 operations and links to the OpenAPI description.
AI assistants (MCP): Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP-compatible assistants to your hiring data, and work your pipeline in plain language.
This guide explains how to configure webhook endpoints, secure them with HMAC signatures, create API keys, and use them to invite candidates, read results and keep your own systems in sync.
