Who hires in German
Germany, Austria and Switzerland: manufacturing, logistics and technical field roles that hire steadily rather than in bursts.
Suits a long, specific requirement list, because each requirement is rated on its own.
A role can accept several languages at once. It is a setting on the interview set, not a separate product. See all of them.
What your German interview gives you back
- The recording
- Every answer, as the candidate gave it, in German.
- The transcript
- Written in German, with the phrases that mattered marked as a strength or a weakness, and each quote checked against its answer transcript before you see it.
- A score per requirement
- Each requirement you wrote is rated out of 10 on its own, then weighted by the importance you set. The arithmetic is published. 0-10
- A comparable shortlist
- Applicants answering in German and English are measured against the same criteria for the role. Review the evidence behind each rating.
- Nothing to schedule
- Candidates record their answers without booking a call with your team.
What is not being scored
Per-answer scoring focuses on content. The scoring instruction says so explicitly, and the evaluation rates the answer against your requirements. How we keep the AI in check.
If the role genuinely needs a language, make it a requirement and set its importance. Then it counts in the score, visibly, as part of the requirement evaluation.
